Biography
Amelia focuses her practice on counseling clients within the chemical industry, with a particular interest in textiles and pharmaceuticals. She drafts and prosecutes patents, and she provides guidance on her clients’ intellectual property assets. Amelia also provides assistance to clients in intellectual property litigation claims.
While in law school, Amelia received the Robert C. Podwil Memorial Prize, which awards graduates who have demonstrated excellent academic performance in the area of intellectual property. She additionally participated in the Giles Rich IP Moot Court competition, where she and her co-counsel received recognition for having the Northeast Region’s highest brief score.
