Firm Makes Strong Showing Among Best Lawyers in America®

ATLANTA (September 29, 2011). Meunier, Carlin & Curfman, LLC, an eight-attorney Intellectual Property law firm, is pleased to announce that three firm Principals have been named to the latest edition of Best Lawyers in America® (2012).
Anthony (“Tony”) Askew appears on two of the publication’s lists, having been named in the fields of intellectual property litigation and trademark law. Additionally, Mr. Askew has been recognized for his appearance on the list for more than twenty years. Mr. Askew is an accomplished intellectual property trial lawyer with more than 40 years of experience litigating patent, trademark and copyright cases across the United States.
Stephen (“Steve”) Schaetzel has been recognized by the Best Lawyers publication for more than ten years and was once again named in the field of copyright law. His practice includes all forms of IP litigation, including appellate, as well as IP portfolio management.
Dr. Tina McKeon, a founding Principal of the firm, has again been named to the list’s Patent Law category. Her practice focuses on patent prosecution, IP strategy and IP portfolio management for leading universities and research institutions, as well as corporations, in the life sciences and biotechnology fields.
