Q&A with Associate, Amy Khoshaba
1. What’s one thing you’ve accomplished in your career that you’re most proud of?
- One of the accomplishments I am most proud of in my career is the pro bono immigration case I’m currently working on. I am fortunate to be part of an incredible team, and through our collective efforts, we were able to successfully reunite a family that had been separated for over five years. It has been such a rewarding experience, knowing that our work made a real difference in their lives and helped bring them back together.
- 2. What advice would you give to the next generation of women entering your field?
To the next generation of women entering my field, I would say: trust in your abilities and never be afraid to advocate for yourself. It is so important to actively seek out opportunities for growth, whether through mentorship, professional development, or networking. Do not hesitate to share your ideas—your perspective is valuable! And above all, build a strong support network of other women and allies who will empower and uplift you. Having a community to lean on truly makes all the difference!
