Sam Fritz is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with over five years experience advising a diverse range of clients, from innovative startups to Fortune 50 companies. He excels in patent prosecution, patent portfolio development, strategy, analysis, freedom to operate (FTO) and litigation.

With a strong technical background in AI and machine learning, cloud infrastructure, IoT, cryptography, financial technologies, optics, and autonomous vehicles, Sam is adept at identifying patentable technologies through in-depth inventor interviews. He prepares and drafts patent applications, and he successfully prosecutes patent through effective collaboration with Patent Examiners and Product Managers.
